Well.. you *do* know that the PSU is going to take a dump once you hook the 8800GTX to it

Another set up, this time with SLI in mind... including monitor/keyboard/mouse..

Add this PSU, and you're set
SilverStone OP750 Olymia 750W 750Watt PSU w/ Single 12v Rail and Active PFC $158.00

ok no hp =)

well im thinking...what possibilities would i have doing sli before ddr3 price drops? I may just want to go with a 89.99 asus board...a 110.00 corsair psu.

also how long do you think the 8800 gtx will last me...will i be able to use full settings in all the dx10 games?

If its going to be 1 or 2 years before the ddr3 price drops..i might as well get a OEM vista home premium..but does it have to be a 64 bit? wont i get more performance in a 32 bit vista?

also can i get that 32 inch HDTV LCD and use it as a moniter..or will it be crappy visual?

yes you can use it as a monitor (didn't look at the resolution/hz rate) 8800 gtx is currently the best out, but every 6 months is a average for a newer/better video card (though you'll still be playing on high if not max for at least 18 months IMHO)

1366 x 768 pixels resolution so don't expect crisp text

ok so a good resolution is matching both (X) x (X) ?

yeah.

Any widescreen 22" monitor has a resolution of 1680 x 1050, while that TV has quite a bit lower resolution (1366x768). Yeah, larger screen, but it won't look as crisp as on the 22" monitor.

means text will be blurry, images as well

Remember tvs use motion blur to make things look good, pc's actually show you the movement not the blur
