Here's a link to my computer's specs. I went into my BIOS menu, but it won't let me overclock my CPU or FSB. I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to get around this and what the best settings would be without burning anything out in my computer.

do NOT overclock a Laptop, they get hot as it is, all you will is get a tiny overclock and kill it.

DONT DO IT!

You won't be able to overclock the processor at all. I have the dv5178us and I can overclock the video card without too many issues. You can too, but everyone will say watch the heat. Just don't go overboard and make sure your exhaust and intake ports are clear. Don't try to oc with your laptop sitting on a pillow suffocating it.
