Oh k so tryed A 7x rather than 8x multiplier and it's gone down to 1400mhz rather than stock 1600mhz now Iv'e downclocked how come It wont overclock on 8x multiplier?

But changing and fsb speed isnt having any affect just staying at 200mhz Because it keeps changing back to auto?

Then put the multiplier back up to x8. I really don't know why your CPU Host Control will not stay as manual.

I don't know. I'll have to let the more knowledgeable people answer this. I have yet to flash my BIOs and do not want to bring you into the wrong path.

I tried googlng, but I didn't find any solution to your problem.
