e6600, P5B-D, Gskill Ram OC Help!

Hey guys, I recently got in parts for my first build, listed here

P5B-Deluxe Mother Board
Intel E6600 2.4Ghz Processor
G.Skill PC2-6400 2GB Ram 4-4-4-12 (HK) soon to be (HZ)
and basically an Antec 650w TruePower Trio PSU

Now, I've got an Antec 900 case, which cools amazingly well, seeing as how it comes with 3x120mm fans and 1x200mm fan on top. I've also got a Zalman 9700 for my CPU.

Anyway, my question is: I can OC to around 3.4 to 3.45 that's pretty stable, but it seems that at 3.5 it becomes slightly unstable, and 3.6 it can randomly shut down. My temps are fine, and my vcore seems to be fine (1.5825), but I don't know why it can run for say... 5 minutes at 3.6 with no problems, or like yesterday, it ran all day at 3.6ghz, but then outta nowhere, as I was websurfing, it shut down.

I'm trying to figure out why. I noticed that say I try to up to 3.7Ghz, everything will turn on (fans), but my monitor won't. And of course, for my P5B, it tells me when I cut the power and turn it back on, that it was a bad overclock. Does that mean my limit is around 3.45?

I can add more details when I get back from work.

FSB:RAM 1:1
CPU IDLE vs Load 33C v 44C

Thanks so much guys.

At 1.58 vcore doing a REAL load on air you could do some serious damage. You're playing with fire dude.

Fellas, don't you remember the Vdroop on the P5B-D? I have to set my CPU at 1.60v so that it can boot and run w/o a glitch at 3.60ghz but in CPU-Z it shows 1.53v. And on air, just as long as the air-cooling is as good as a Tuniq Tower 120, then no problem.

There are other settings that you'd need to tweak in order to reach a stable high-oc.

Follow this guide to reach a stable OC: P5B Deluxe: BIOS screens for maximum overclocking success
