What speed was your fan at for that temp after you reseated? My temps are around 75-80 full load with fan at 85%, which I'm comfortable with. But if I can get a drop in my temps with a simple reseat, I just might do it.

Ok, Now finished playing titan quest and I check my temps again...
Core was at 77C but my VRM's were at 83C... Are they okay?

edit:to element's reply, I am about the same as you, but reseating didn't take me very long... like 10 mins. I can't wait to see in 2 or three days after the break in period...

83C is pretty hot for those. As I remember it is highly recommended to keep those below 70C.

I don't understand how to keep it under 70C as it was stock and reached 95C+.. The arctic silver 5 dropped the temps to 83 max... Where did you read "below 70"?

Just to clear things up, we are talking about the VRM's, right? I don't remember where I read that but that's what I remember.

My X1800XL idles at 56-64 stock cooling - fans on 50 percent. If your temps are still too high for your liking get a Zalman VF-700 or 900
