Good Gaming Headphones for £40?

Thread Starter
Hey all
I need some reccomendations on what gaming headphones I should buy. I have around £40 to spend.

I need them to be:
- Comfy
- Decent Microphone
- Good Bass (surround sound would be cool! )
- Perform well in games

I was thinking about the Sennheiser PC151's or SteelSound 5H's, but if there are any other you could reccomend, please do so!

Useful sites: www.ebay.co.uk, www.overclockers.co.uk, www.aria.co.uk, www.scan.co.uk .

Thankyou in advance guys Your efforts will not go overlooked

I have used both of those Cans and I would have to say the best I have used in that price range are the Icemat Siberias.......

The Look great, Sound Superb, and are perfect for CS:S/BF2

EDIT: Cheaper

I don't know if you can get these in the UK, but the Zalman RS6F 5.1 surround headphones are pretty nice. I love mine! Perfect surround = great for CS:S and BF games

Edit: Nevermind, missed the microphone requirement

If you reccomend me them, could you link me to a UK site please? Would be great.

I need some that really pack a punch. Bassey. Comfey. So I can hear everything that goes on in the game... I hear the Sennheiser's are very good?

How about these? Click Me ... I know they're Fatal1ty, but they look alright

I must say, I'm heavily pushed toward the Sennheiser's.

Siberias aren't well made at all, and don't sound all that good.

At that price, you're not going to get any high level headphones, like the Sennheiser HD595, or even the HD555, but you might be able to find something. I'll take a peek. Just don't get the Siberias.

Edit: If you can scrounge up a bit more cash, you could go for

You're not going to get a good headphone with a "gaming" headset. Real headphones, plus a mic, will give you much better headphones.
