1.Mobo. Gigabyte 965P-DS3
2.CPU C2D E4300. ( or E6420 ?)
G.Skill 800 HZ DDR2 2GB (what’s up with Item#:N82E16820231098 only $80.95? What’s the difference? Can be the problem for OC?)
3.Video card. EVGA 7300GT. (Only 15% of time play Game)
4.HD. WD 160GB SATA II. (May get the RE instead of SE)
5.Case/PSU. Raidmax Scorpio with 420 PSU. (I don’t think I need 500W based the list)
6.Need an add CPU cooler? (Don’t think the stuff inside the CPU retail box is good enough for OC.)
7.DVD/WR. I have it already.
8.OS. Stick with XP pro. Don’t think this is the right time for Vista.
1- Great MOBO. Would stick with this.

2- I would go with the E6420, 4MB cache compared to 2MB of the E4300

2.5- Go with the G.Skill HZ sticks, they have the D9 chips and OC great. They should be about $100 on the egg.

3- Upgrade the video card, especially if budget allows. If you are also doing graphic manip./3D editing you would benifit from a better GFX card. Maybe the 8600 series, cheaper than the 8800 and still a good GFX card.

4- The western digitals are great HD's. I would get the 250GB though, can never have too much space
And you can get the 250GB with the 16MB cache for around $80, great deal!

5- Don't know much about the Raidmax cases, I'm a cooler master fan myself
And get a different power supply as suggested, stay away from any power supply that comes with the case.

6- If you plan to OC you definitely need a better cooler, for air I would suggest the Tuniq Tower, or the Thermaltake Big Typhoon.

2- I think so. Extra 2MB may help my database process.
4- Plan to get RD 250 GB
5 - I have a Dell XPS 400 case and want to use. Not sure the mobo fits in
6. I have a used Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Fan. Is this ok for OC

artic cooling 7 would be fine unless you are going to be doing high overclocks or if you crave really low temps.
