Do you really want to go with the watercooling route? How much do you have spend on WC?

Also, please provide a link to the PSU "NorthQ Module 4100". No Name PSU = doom. You need at least a 600w quality PSU for the rig.
Once again...

This would be my suggestion:

Motherboard
Asus P5N32-E SLI

Graphics Card
2* Asus Radeon HD2900 XT Crossfire(730 EUR) ...good card, but if you wait a few more days you could also get the 1GB DDR4 version of it.

RAM
2* Kingston HyperX KHX5400D2K2/2G (232 EUR) get instead of this RAm Gskills or OSZ! They are better in OCing

Liquid Cooling System
Nothing yet, suggestions appreciated ....you better don't get watercooling, thermalright 120 extreme would be much better in that case of yours and with a good airflow!

Antec Quattro 850 - EC 0761345-07850-4
So you guys wouldn't go for Watercooling just yet?

Nah...in my opinion, the coller that I have cools as good(maybe better) than WC. Atleast if you have a good case with a good airflow.

I am almost positive that a Corsair 620w PSU would be fine.

What are your temps? I have delta of 6C with my watercooling. It should drop to 5C once I get my new waterblock. My X2 3800+ (2.7GHz at 1.5v) is 24C idle and 30C loaded.

Yea, that's one of the best PSUs on the market. Maybe even PCP&C 750w

I would list you out some parts but I know how hard it is to get our stuff there..Take a look at this kit and see if you can find one or use it for a parts buying list...EDIT: I ran at 7-9C above room ambient at full load with a 3019mhz OC and 1.55 v-core with my WC rig...
