It would work but I would run it res or T-Line-pump-rad-cpu-gpu-gpu-rad...You might be better off using one good 360 rather then 2 it wouldn't have as much restriction then run it in the above order...I drop 1.5-2.5C across my rad and I want the coolest water I can get hitting the cpu first...If you have to run a lot of extra tubing to do that just run it however a lot of extra tubing would cause restriction and defeat the purpose...Always have the res or T-Line right before the pump...

My Res is before the Pump, I was thinking that the water would be cool by the time it hits the Res from the large Rad and would only have the pump heat added to it,, My current setup is

>Res>Pump>CPU>GTX>GTX>Rad(120)>Rad (dual 120)

Cpu idle is 24c Gcards are 35 and 40,

My hope was to maybe get some cooler water to the GTX's by cooling the water after the CPU

You shouldn't pick up over a C or two from the CPU but if thats the way you want the loop to run it should be fine...But I would put one of the rads right before the cpu...But thats just me the CPU is all I WC anyway and if I added gpu I would put them in their own loop...CPU is King... ...
