I would get atleast a 550w. Make sure the 12v rail has more than 30 or so amps. Go higher if you want to go SLI, or upgrade to a beefier card in the future.

It should be a good brand (FSP, Seasonic, XClio, PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone, etc.)

Also, make sure it has at least 30A (combined) on the +12V rail(s)

Corsair currently has 2 models I think you should look at, the hx520 and hx620 (520 and 620 watts respectively). They are rebranded Seasonic's, so you can expect the same quality from these models. Both would meet your needs easily with plenty of room for future add-ons or upgrades (especially the 620, it can handle a system with 8800GTX's in SLI).

Certain brands are definitely superior to others; these would include the ones sandiego aformentioned along with Corsair.
