You're complaning about sound? Look at your specs!

4x80mm fans & 1 x 92mm & 1x120mm fan on psu
I have 2x120mm Intake, 2x120mm Exhaust, 1x120mm on SeaSonic, 1x120mm on Tuniq, 1x92mm on Graphics Card. All of the case fans, including the Tuniq, are Scythe SFF21D's (8.7dBA, 33.5CFM quiet fans). And the other fans are designed for a low-noise enviorment. If you want a quiet computer at night I suggest getting a fan controller (or two) and switching off unused fans (like extra intake or exhaust overnight, because you won't be gaming).

I nicknamed one of my friends loud as **** Dell XPS: Cessna, it was so loud it sounded like if the propeller was starting. One day, he calls me and tells me that the PC doesn't start, troubleshooting steps:
1- Alright, do you hear the engine start?
2- "You can't hear it"
3- PC is turning off but it takes while for the engines to stop, so you still can't hear it
4- Finally, engines stop and he tells me that the engine starts, I'm like no you think? Alright put it back on and check the signal on the flight panel
5-7 "You can't hear it"
8- He finds out that his RAM (Recked Aerial Motor) wasn't seated properly
9-12 You know the drill...
13- Succesfull, engine starts aswell as flight panels and indicators!!!
