Running an Opteron 1210 w/passive cooling?

I am getting my new Santa Ana this week and a CoolerMaster GeminiII ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103026 ) and I was wondering how feasible it would be to run this passively? Or should I jsut strap on the 120 mms?

Without an OC and with CoolnQuiet (if they even still use it)...might be OK to use passive cooling...but I'd throw some quiet 120mm fans on there just to be on the safe side.

I have some Scysthe S-flex's on my case and they are super quiet (not huge air movers, but quiet), I think I am going to pick up a couple of those ($20/each... eeee!)

EDIT: Nevermind, they are on sale for <$15 today!
