What other settings you change in the BIOS?

Did you change the FSB Termination Voltage? NB Vcore? Lock PCI to 105 and 33.33? Spread Spectrum? C1E support? Max CPUID Value Limit? CPU TM Function? Execute Disable Bit? PECI? Static Read Control? Set to proper RATIO?
Change Timings? Vdimm?

for my 6600 it takes 1.48vcore to be stable. here the settings
vcore: 1.48
cpu vtt:1.42
MCH: 1.56
ram: 2.25
1:1 @ 400fsb
or i can also do 515 fsb with multi @ 7 and still get stable. with mem 1:1
i have an L707 and it was very stubborn until i found its sweet spot. it wasn't stable at 500 fsb on any mobo but at 515 its at home.

My FSB volt is at 1.3, I am not sure which ones in my mobo are nb because it isnt clearly marked as NB in the bios, I was told the pci is already locked and I am not sure where to look to check what it is locked at, my spread spectrum c1e and all that junk is disabled, my timings are 4-4-4-12-2t 2.1 volts on the memory, not sure what vdimm is

You have an nForce chipset, they have more settings (useless to me btw) which have to be changed in order to hit a high-fsb.

As for Vdimm, it's the RAM voltage.
