What Case and PSU does it come with?
well it looks like the case is just a plain white case and the psu is pretty much a give-away(i am going to replace it when i buy it).

So we're definately talking about an older system here.

However, you'll be getting XP Pro (I am assuming full transfer of license). Most parts are a bit outdated, but that rig has some excellent RAM in it, increasing the value.

As you can tell by reactions of others, $200 is a great deal for you. Thus, you'd be ripping your friend off by a bit.

I stand with my $250.

I agree with Chozart, 250$ is a fair deal for both of you.
