Gentoo x64 on RAID 0 install help

Thread Starter
I am trying to install Gentoo 64-bit version on the setup in my sig. I have a 2007.0 LiveCD and am trying to install it on a RAID 0 setup. I am going to be dual booting it with Windows XP.

Currently when I get the cd up and running, when I get to the point of partitioning the hard drvies, it does not recognize any of my partitions in the array. It sees the indiviual hard drives, both as being completely empty with no partitions on them.

Could anyone help me out, or point me in the direction of some help? If you have a similar setup and have it working, let me know what you did to get it going. I have little experience with Linux only having used Fedore Core 6 for a little bit.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I haven't tried RAID with Gentoo (been a while since I even used Gentoo), but this page looks like an excellent place to start:
