Yeah, you can overclock with your stock cooler, but watch your temps. Use TAT and CoreTemp for temp monitors.

Usually, some would say to run Orthos for around 8 hours. Some does it for 1 and a few. I personally only run it for an hour and check on my games to see if it works correct and do some 100% CPU usage.

I've heard of some E6600'ers reaching 3.0Ghz with 1.28vcore.
