umm those 3600s aren't crappy at 2.7 there are on par with a e6600

I had a 3600+ and it was as slow as crap... But what happens when you oc the e6600 to 4 Ghz the e6600 wins

Well if you go AMD and Crossfire you can get dual x16 instead of dual x8 with intel.

I'd say go crossfire.

1: Drivers could improve and surpass all
2: Give us some benchies and bragging rights

However, the GTX's are more likely to be better in the long run. True ATI got a set of drivers that improved drastically, but no guarentee of them doing it again .

Sorry, that I took that the wrong way

The 3600 will overclock to about 3GHz. Which is the same speed you will get with the higher end 5200, 5600, and 6000. That is why I spent the money on the 3600 Brisbane instead of a 6000 when in the end it will perform the same.
