Since you haven't indicated whether or not you want SLI, there are a couple of options. If you don't want SLI, then the best option is a P35 chipset motherboard, and the Asus P5K Deluxe or Abit IP35 Pro are probably the best of them. If you want SLI, then the P5N32-E SLI is probably your best option.

Note that both motherboards also support Quad-core should you want to get one.

I would like SLI as an option to have so I would like full 16x support. I dont originally plan to buy a Quad core but when the price drop occurs I will purchase one. I will most likely order tonight.

I think the p35 chipset either the gigabyte or the asus p5k0-deluxe are going to be your best ocing board. I dont think the 680 chipset is going to oc farther and since the p35 resolved the ram issues that the 965 was having it passes the 680I in ocing.

As far as raid I cant say because I have not used raid in a while and have not been lookign for specs on that lately.

I vote for the P5K:

More so if you're using quad core but it looks good based on early overclocks. Still a new board so it might get even better with bios updates.
