Wow, ok, I ran pc wizard randomly just to check my CPU, and this is severly abnormal. You can: 1) Lower your ambient temperatures (via AC); 2) Open up your case and direct a fan into your system's interior; 3) Check to see if your HSF is seated properly; if not, then take it off, clean it well, then reapply your TIM and make sure the HSF is mounted properly; 4) Lap your IHS and your HSF's base to eliminate any deformations of the contact surface, and to reduce your TIM; 5) Any and/or all of the above suggestions.
