However, the probability wins. Individual or a few electrons will not behave the same in every given situation. We don't care about those. We care about how the the billions (trillions?) of electrons behave as whole on average. Also, electron weirdness happens for instances not for extended periods. Quantum weirdness will never (statistically effective since there is no such thing as never in quantum physics) affect an overclock.

Well there must be something about the ambient temp that is affecting the clocks. Random factors really shouldn't affect it very much. The ambient temp is the only thing that changed substantially since yesterday.

I ran it two days in a row (where the room temp was probably 28C) at higher speeds. As soon as the temp dropped this morning, clocks seem to need to go down 15MHz or so. I'll try again tonight as the room temp goes up again.

Ok well I'm back home, and its really warm again.

I can't even do 645...as it yields a few artifacts. I need to run the core at around 640 now. How come I could run it at 663 no problem last night?
