i have reached 2.9Ghz with out getting a blue screen tell me what can be improved and what to watch out for

Voltage is high but so is the O.C. Very nice. Of course don't let your temps go over 60 at load and try not to let your HT freq. go much higher. Nice O.C. though.

i would like to wish that it would be stable *cries* whats the max vcore this sandy can take? i dont want any fried CPUs for lunch tomarrow

AFAIK, voltages don't matter too much, it's more of what your load temps are. Generally, you'll reach a temperature problem before you get too much power to the CPU. Unless of course you're running phase change.
