No problem!

LDT voltage helps out It's sitting at an hour 40 now but I don't feel like taking another shot and I want to play CS:S. By the way, if any of you play on the OCN gungame server, I am Guitars Suck

I couldn't get it to boot Windows at 3GHz 1.45v until I lowered the HTT multi to 2.5. Even then it failed Prime after 5 minutes, I'm trying again at 2x

edit: So I can't get 3GHz to work regardless of voltage. I've tried 1.45 through 1.50, core 1 always fails at 0 - 5 minutes :/

Any suggestions?

couple of suggestions:
Check ram speed, lower if neccesary.
Raise ram voltage, sometimes i have to do this even if running below stock ram speed at higher fsb.
Raise Chipset Voltage.
Raise LDT bus voltage.

If none of these work, try droppin cpu multi to see if it can be stabilised at that fsb

-Done, 100 divider used
-This RAM works best at 2.53, it gets less MHz at 2.5 and 2.6. Wouldn't hurt to try
-1.3 and 1.6 LDT and chipset helped at 2950, I'll have to give it a try for 3.0.
-8x multi is one thing I haven't tried. Maybe I'll even give 8.5 a go - I think this board is good at 400HTT + though

Now that I have the side panel back on and I'm playing games with it, the CPU wants another .05v for 2.9 due to the high temperatures in my case. I'll have to cut a hole in the side panel and stick a fan in there.. or go back to water cooling

edit: Tried everything at once - priming now at 375x8, 1.3/1.6 LDT/chipset, 100 divider on the RAM, 1.475v to the CPU.

edit2: lasted one minute Next thing on the list is remounting the cooler, it's a huge pain in the ass though

Forget that, next thing on the list is waiting for a cool night and seeing what happens with low temps.

it could be that you have reached your cpu's maximum. No matter how hard i tried i coldnt get my 146 or 165 to boot past 2609 Mhz, yet im runnin my 3800 x2 at 2900Mhz and highter if temps were better with a 9x multi.

Something is wrong if you use that much on your chipset. You should be able to run stock (1.5v) on 330MHz with that chipset!
