You should have a setting your BIOS called "DRAM Settings" or something similar. Go in there and find the CAS latency timing, and then the three settings that are below it, change to 3, 3, 7. Some BIOSes are different then others, if the three numbers below the CAS settings are something high like 15, don't try to lower them.
I have to take a shower now, but later tonight I'll come back with the actual names for the other timings, basically it's like row charge, row read and row-com read.
