XP 64 bit question

Thread Starter
I recently installed XP 64 bit on a spare hard drive. I wanted to utilize all of my memory. After doing this, everything seems to lag besides my internet. I try to load counter strike source and it takes forever. The lag is so terrible that I can't play. What I really dont understand is that my 32bit XP runs flawlessly. I was wanting to run 64 bit and get some overclocking suggestions from you guys but it looks like that can't happen. The only difference in what I run from the 32 bit to the 64 bit was the hard drive. The 64 bit I had a IDE drive and my 32 bit that I have always ran is a SATA drive. If you guys have any ideas please let me know.

Did you install all the proper 64-bit drivers?

I installed them right off the asus motherboard cd. I did a custom driver install that installed the chipset, network drivers, and mass storage SATA image driver. It auto detected the 64bit version.

Check their website to see if there are any newer drivers.
