Which option to limit sister's bandwidth?

Here is the Advanced Wireless Settings on my router.


Which one do I choose to limit her bandwidth. One stream of YouTube over there and it feels worse than having dial-up.

1, 2, 5.5, 11, 6, 9, 12 and up to 54 Mbps. I've set it to its lowest, 1.

That's the only thing i can think to change, but your problem is probably that your internet isn't quite 1mb, so you still transmit all of it *shrugs* that's the only thing that i can think to change.

if u have transmission set to 1mbps that how much it can send out to ALL things on the network so jus set it back to 54mbps(how fast it can transmitt not yur actual speed on the net)

Yes that transmission rate is how much bandwidth you get from like transferring files over your network...it's not going to affect your internet speed unless you have over 1mbps....and that is the wireless settings anyway...are you both using wireless?
