The winds are a changing - looks like a storm is coming....

EDIT...
If Newegg.com ranked software as does Amazon.com I'm sure we'd see the same trends.

I chose Amazon.com because they provide rankings (by the hour), and they are one of the largest online retailers.

From Alexia.com
Amazon.com (US) is ranked 31 on most visited
Newegg.com is ranked 562

Sure Amazon offers much much more than Newegg.com, so not everyone is buying just SW or HW there, but people across the globe do go there in droves. Reasons: International sales, large selection, comparable/competitive prices, free shipping in most cases.

It's cuz Windows people don't buy software from Amazon, we get it from newegg. Mac people don't know newegg exists because you can't upgrade a Mac, so they just go to Amazon because that's where they go to buy their Hillary Clinton biographies, Micheal Moore movies, and vegetarian cookbooks...

at pow3rtr1p, nice explanation

Plus Mac users are mostly loaded as seen as they can afford to blow so much money on a system in the first place.

lmao... wow, I hope a mod says something to you about being disgusting and stuff.. I know I got that..

On topic:

If you guys ever buy an Apple product and call us up on tech support and customer service, you'll realize why this company is getting ahead in the market. The way they train us and tell us how much we need to do for the customer makes me want to buy a computer just to call up and complain lol
