judge: 'Me want info from flat-sticks!'

Torrentspy: '***! OMG'ez 0N'5 j00 n00b!"

Judge: "flat-sticks have entire interwebz saved on em!"

Torrentspy: "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!! ROFLMAO!"

On-topic: I dont understand how not one person stated to the judge that RAM doesnt work like that. And after like, 3 min of youtube or loading a DVD it will be gone anyway.

Turn your computer off and be like "oops"

Believe me, if they suspect you of doing something illegal I'm sure the first thing they will do is monitor your internet activity.
I believe this whole thing is connected to ceasing child pornography rather then anything else.

I thought that they wanted to monitor the servers RAM as that way they could see the details of everyone who went on and what they downloaded?

Oh right, that too
What I don't understand is why they need ram to see what IP address have been connected to server; can't they just do that through Internet Provider?

I mean if the owner of server is convicted of sharing illegal content, then shouldn't they issue court order and have every right to legally monitor that server and open any record (bank, criminal, internet, etc.)
