Need Help OCing 6320

Thread Starter
I just put together my Comp today and began overclocking it.

It was going good until i tried to hit 1600 FSB or a 2800ghz clock. It booted into Vista but it was at stock clocks. So i booted back into the BIOS and raised the CPU vcore to 1.325 but that didnt work either so i raised the FSB vcore to 1.4. I also had already disabled Thermal Control, unlinked the RAM from the FSB, disabled C1E Enhanced Halt State, and disabled Intel Speed step. And yet it still doesnt go any higher...

I can reach 1500 FSB stable or a 2625ghz clock. And my temps have been in the 45-48c range under full load while at 2.6ghz. I have a L707A if that helps

So did i miss anything in the BIOS? or anything else for that matter....

Here are my new specs
Intel E6320
XFX 8600 GT
XFX 650i Ultra
Antec 550w TruePower Trio
Zalman CNPS 9500
2gb Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800
250gb Western Digital HD

I run mine at 2.8GHz, because after that i have to raise NBcore and it gets way too hot. Settings I use are

Vcore: 1.3375v
NBcore: 1.40v
FSB:RAM 1:1
FSB: 400
PCI Express frequency: 110 - this seems to make a big difference as to whether it will boot
Memory voltage: 2v
