Problem with With New HardDrive

I just Got A New Western Digital 500 Gig Sata II HD. When I plug it into my computer, Windows Fails To Start. Could Someone Help please.

Go into BIOS and set your boot priority. Make sure your original HD is primary and the first on the list.

How many harddrives do you have attached ? as duckieho mentioned, make the harddrive with the windows as the first priority boot drive.

OK with this drive it gives me 1 SATA I, 1 SATA II and 2 EIDI Drives. Problem it will not let me go into bios when I have the New drive hooked up. but when I unhook it everything works great.

Could this problem be because of SATA II? I Turn on the computer press the Del Keyit tries to go into Bios Mode but scans one last section and then Tells me to push the g button to continue. I Press the Button then It says Windows failed to start.

Info:THe selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missiong or corrupt.

Could Someone please help me on this situation.
