Wind chill does not effect lifeless objects.. However wind can cause faster cooling vs. no wind.. Wind can't make air cooler than what it is..

Felt like butting in. My E4300 is also at OC'd at just 1.98ghz because I get around 60F on load with Orthos With ASUSProbe mind you.

I've had problems with the SpeedFan drivers in the past (killed my windows install), any other less invasive programs that I can give a go before I tear off my Fan?

My ambient case temprature is fine and the Thermaltake fan on the CPU seems to be working great, so not sure why the temps I get are so high :| Although I've heard that ASUSProbe has been known to report the tempratures as high as 10F higher then they actually are.

Cheers
