Well guys, I'm finally going to build a computer after these price cuts on the quad cores. I thought that I would show you what I have in mind so far, and see what you guys thought about it.

Anyways, that looks like that's about it. I already have a 22" widescreen also. Also, I was wondering if I needed to purchase any cables as well? Or should I be good to go? I kind of wanted to use UV cables, but I'm not even sure which I need to replace. Anyways, thanks for the help in advance.

Nice build.

For the PSU, I would go for the Silverstone, I heard they run very well and keep things stable.

I would also get a SATA DvD Burner....why deal with IDE anymore?

Then, that sound card is cool and all, but I would just go for somthing a little less pricy. If price isn't an object, then do what you want, but the X-Fi XtremeMusic will do you fine and it works well.

Good luck

Anyone else have any ideas? I've heard good things about other motherboards, which makes me second guess this one.
