No.

If you are using a motherboard RAID, you will have to reset your RAID settings since everything will be at default. Otherwise, your array is fine and does not have to be rebuilt.

One thing i havnt seen mentioned here is that it is often unnecessary to flash the bios.

Read the update notes and make sure that it addresses an issue that you need to solve.
