Using that big of a pump will force way too much pressure into a water cooling system and most likely you'll be blowing off hoses and potentially damaging waterblocks/radiators.

Yeah a lot of pressure and a whole lot of heat...This little toy stuff we use doesn't need real powerful pumps..I run 2 -18W DDC in series and only have 10psi in my loop...And they are powerful pumps for WC'ing...See what I mean...
