Comparing Response Time to Refresh Rate

I have a 22" LCD (Samsung 225BW) and it only runs at 60hz when I am used to 75hz. However, the g2g (grey to grey) response time is 2ms, which is quite good, but how can I find out the ISO response time (black-white-black)? Also, what response time correlates to what refresh rate in and LCD since only parts of the screen are refreshed at a time, not the whole thing like CRTs.

If you want to find out the ISO response time you need to get some optical stuff that's going to cost you major stuff. A bit off topic, but seeing as your monitor is 2 ms, you should run it at (though impossible) 500Hz to get the max enjoyment out of it.

Okay, what formula do you use to find that "500hz" and is it linear?

2x500=1000 and 1000ms=1second

In other words, a frame every 2 milliseconds.
