I feel you!! I thought I seen Q2 of this year, and only 2.5" lap top, but no bid deal just use a mounting kit. I want one really really bad, I would LOVE to see how if this is how the Palm Foleo is instance on.

they're out in UK

You can get them in small capacities for big prices. They cannot beat a RAID array with standard hard-drives for the money.

R u sure about that? 2/4 HD's in a Raid will give me 0.0ms read times, and load times? That would be a real shock, because I have never seen a raid setup that loads and runs that fast. But maybe everone I know just does not know how to setup a raid.

awesome!! Why do you need faster writting? Once you install OS and fav game or two. I would still be using my regular HD's for storage of movies, and HighDef movies, and music. These are small drives, only really good for OS and the programs you use the most. When playing games, I would think anything you need to write besides the save game file, would be able to use you ram.

32GB SDD has some very small latencies and about 60MB/s bandwidth. It costs over $500!

2 x 250GB 7200.10 ES drives will give you 1TB of storage, about ~280MB/s bandwidth and 7ms latencies. It will cost you a whoping $280. Add a ARC-1210 and you are up to the 32GB SSD price and you are looking at huge burst speeds.

So, which one would you want?
