Second that... BIOS FTW...

Software is an absolute last resort, and very risky.

Ouch- is that an HP?
What do you have for BIOS options?

Never, never go with softwares for overclocking, why?
-They might not read your BIOS correctly.
-They might not flash your BIOS correctly, in other words you are f**ed.
-They're OC might be not appropriate for your hardware.
-I wonder what happens if Windows freezes while flashing.... CMOS reset will not fix a corrupted BIOS. If the ROM is corrupted, either find a way to change the BIOS chip or don't even try to RMA the board.

Trust me I can barley play bf 2142 on low settings. I only want a program that temporaroly changes the FSB and multiplyer.

And by the way, Its really 1.1ghz per core = 2.2ghz.

I think your only hope is to try ClockGen. Many people have successfully overclocked their laptops with this utility. It works even with a shadowed bios like an HP or Dell. Find out your chipset, it will help with setting up the program. Use CPU-Z to find what chipset you have.
