Right now I would only run the GTS and the nessecary components needed to test the PSU, 1 HDD and one Optical.

I know for a fact that the GPU will make this sound if it isn't getting enough power... take out the 6pin and turn on your PC, it'l be a REALLY loud WWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEe. Your PSU may not be handling it too well...

I took out the pci-e line and replaced it with a molex line and used the adapter to link the 2 together with no optical or floppy just front panel power. my 2 hard drives run off the third 12V line so i left them connected.
Anyway i ran 3d mark 06 with gfx card at stock and got 8702 and then tried with o\\c of 631/900 and got 9976 with no noises at all.Looks like the 2 seperate rails did the trick, i`m now going to reconnect my dvd drive and floppy and see if that`s ok. Thank`s for help grunion and rep to you.
