I have both motherboards available, with a sandy 3700+. The Vga Is the same in my system. Which would you recommend I use to get better performance maybe? or are they totally identical and i wont see a difference?
Any help appreciated thx again.

The DFI will be better for OC'ing

However you could run into issues with the DFI. Very weird boards.

But most problems are easy to solve. My vote is for the Expert

DFi i would imagine as it has SLi and the Abit doesn't, same chipset and all, only upgrade i would if your were planning on SLi (and obviously your'e not due to having an ATi card

DFi for oc'ing purposes

If you've got "Value RAM", i.e. anything which didn't cost a bomb, then go for the Abit - the DFI hates anything apart from good quality RAM by companies such as G.Skill, OCZ or Mushkin for some reason

True that...it seems that the DFI boards has to identify the chips on the RAM before it will work sometimes...LOL
The DFI is my choice because that and MSI are all I use.
