Approve my $850 C2D Build!

Thread Starter
Do you guys approve this? I would like it to stay in the $850 range. And get a mid overclock of around 2.6~ 2.7 with stock cooling. My friend's a mid gamer and I believe the 7600GT would do for him.

If it's fine, I will order it tonight.

Should I get the rev 1.3 or the rev 3.3?

I own the PSU and it's fine.

Would a SilverStone 500w do for that setup?

I'd get the e6320 and put the extra 20 bucks toward the video card.

Is 850 all he has to spend?

I' drop the OCZ PSU for this Silverstone.

SILVERSTONE ST50EF

Now with that 10 bucks, and the 20 bucks from the e6320. I'd spend it on a better video card. IDK, maybe a 7900GS
eVGA 7900GS

There is some bad ripple that does occur, but I dont think you should worry about it on this system it shouldnt be pushing the powersupply far enough to get intense ripples that would kill your stuff. The silverstone 500w would do just fine with this setup too.
