Your processor is actually a beast in terms of OC capability, but the motherboard you are using will cripple any hopes.

The 945GM chipset is miserable for overclocking. (read: you flat out won't be able to)

If you can spend ~$60, pick this motherboard up and you'll be all set.

On a similar 945P chipset based motherboard I ran a 356 @ 5ghz 24/7. It was actually faster than a pentium d 805 @ 4ghz.......
