Building a computer - RAM

Dear Overclockers..
This is my first post so hi to everyone out there =]

Im building a computer soon and im just wanting to know which RAM to get.
Firstly - Which ram is fastest stock
Secondly - Which ram is best overclocked.

Im going to be setting up a E6600 with SLI graphics cards and 2gb of ram..

#2 http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...y_dual_channel
#3 http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/T...048-6400C4.pdf

I know the OCZ has slower latencies (4-4-4-15 compared to 4-4-4-12) than the corsair but its cheaper and looks better - i just dont know which is the best to overclock.
Thanks
abZ

The SLI ready version of the OCZ is the fastest, followed by the Corsair. However I think that the Corsair would be best when OCed, but I'm not sure.
'bout time.
