1. Check the cpu voltage, if it's not too low. around 1.28-1.3 should be good at stock, with 3.0ghz, 1.3v - 1.35v.

2. check the ram timings and clock. start at 4-4-4-14. what brand are they?

3. Make them unlinked (the 9X multi will lower your ram to 333 at 3.0GHz on your cpu if htey are linked)

Post your settings, and also what brand of RAM you are using.

Please fill in this info with you current voltage for your overclock;
Vcore:
NB
SB:
Memory:
VTT:

And also your FSB speed and multi.

Disable all speed spectrum options if there are any and also any power saving features as these will hinder your OC.

And lastly, what are you using for temp monitoring? Those temps seem VERY low, too low actually. I would reccomend either TAT or Coretemp for more accurate temp readings.

EDIT: It would also help to know what wattage powersupply your using, looks like the Trio comes in 430W, 550W, and 650W; I hope your at least using the 550?
