Static Ip and PortForwarding Belkin Wireless Router

hello i have tried allmost every tutorial on the internet i can find and well it still isnt working is there any one that knows a working tut or even better can take me through it on msn i realy would like to have a static ip to host.

it is a Belkin Wireless Router model # F5D7633-4

cheers m8 its seemed to have worked but i still cant host, what else do i need to do i would like to host a came server for a friend but its still not working.... is it because its a offline static ip or sumthing????
also when i go into my router settings and click Client List my computer does not show up.

THERE are few exceptions to this, but this probably applies to you

#1 if you have comcast, or DSL, it is a risk to your contract to HOST a web server, if. If you have clearwire it is against your contract, so they do not even allow you to have the port.

#2 if you have a normal home isp, your IP is not static, if you want a static ip you shall have to call your ISP and ask for one, if its someone like comcast they do not give you a static ip, you have to buy one (pay for it), if you have clearwire you have to upgrade your plan to business.

#3 although sometimes it seems like your ip is static because it stays the same for weeks, it will change when ever your isp feels like changing it.
