Phase Cooling Power Consumption? - Page 2

Well they do hook up to your psu, the psu runs (generally) the two 120mm fans, phase controller, lcd screen, heater for the back plate (where installed for all of these). The compressor will plug into the wall.

The heat output is a little warm,it will make a room a little warm in a warm environment, I have a fan blowing in my room that I have my phase in and it keeps it just about right. In the summer I open a window and I am good or if you have A/C but in washington there arent any A/C's usually.

As far as the electricity bill I would have to wait till my next bill and give you a idea of what I pay. I jsut moved in here so I am not sure yet, I only had half a month last month and it was $30 so I am not sure what a full month probably around $60 70 or soI imagine. I dont think I could let it sit for a month to figure out the power draw since that would drive me nuts really.

Thats about the best I can do.

Heat output would stay relatively the same. Remember physics? You cannot make the heat not exsist, you are just changing where it is released. Say you have a 200watt heat load. There is a waste of energy from the compressor, say 25%. So the heat output would be 250Watts.
