You screw the mounting plate onto the Noctua and then use the two pins to clip it to your motherboard. Its not difficult to do, just take care doing it and don't bend your motherboard.

If you're refering to the Noctua NorthBridge cooler, I and other members have answered your question. On the pther hand, if you're refering to the Tuniq Tower, I would highly recommend that you use some sort of insulation for the back mounting plate so as to not risk shorting your motherboard.
