Help getting a new monitor

I've been getting tired of this bulky 15" CRT on my desk. I have around $200 + SHIPPING for a new LCD screen. I am looking to get a minimum of 19".

Check out Viewsonic's X LCD line. I've got the VX2025, 20" LCD, excellent display. If I remember, I paid about $250 after rebate a few months ago.

This is a killer monitor, especially for gaming and video! I have the 17" wide version but here is the 19" wide version for the same as I paid for my 17

That's 19" widescreen. The reason I chose Samsung for you is because I have personal experience with their products and I can attest to their extremely high quality. That one has tons of positive reviews, a great response time, and excellent contrast ratio.

If you don't want widescreen, this one will be very good as well. I have the previous model, 930BF, and it is fantastic. This one is open box to save you some money. The retail is over $200, so I didn't want to link you to that. Good luck. I hope you choose a Samsung! (No, I'm not a Samsung salesman )

Thanks everyone. The monitor PR1MER suggested is the cheapest and it has good reviews so I think I'll be going with that one

Thanks again

That's a good choice, but just keep in mind it doesn't have DVI. If that is important to you, then the one I first suggested would be a good choice. If it is not important, then PR1MER's suggestion is probably better.

Oh. Thanks. I guess I'm getting your first suggestion then since I just read an article of DVI vs VGA.
