Got some new parts and have probs

Thread Starter
Hi,

I bought some new parts for my Intel rig and it looks like I still have problems with ram and FSB ...

The new parts:
2x 1GB GEIL DDR2-1066 CL4-4-4-12 (GX22GB8500P4DC) (old was GX21GB6400PDC - DDR2-800 CL3-3-3-8)
E6600 (old was E6300)
XFX 8600GTS just for some volt modding

Now my problem is I can´t run DDR2-800 CL3 or DDR2-1000 CL4 with both Ram sets! Anyone know whats wrong? My vdimm is @2.35v in bios and I still tested up to 2.45v!

Help please!

I´m still using the 0803 bios on the COMMANDO cause the 0902 sucks and I never tested the 1001!
Should I update to 1001 bios?

I updated the bios to 1001 and now its working with 800 CL3 but only if I set NB vcore to 1.4v and vdimm to 2.50v! Memtest found no errors after about 2 hours of testing, but superPI and aq3 and all other benchmarks are that damn slow ...
With 3.6GHz (400x9) and DDR2 800 CL3-3-3-8 I got 17.328s and with 800 CL4-4-3-8s I get 13.957s!
After this I run mbench and it says the same! I think there is no way to run CL3 on these Intel chipsets without blowing 3v trought the mems!
Just for testing I got my old P5N-E SLI and both sets are running 800 CL3 and 1200 CL5 with just 2.40v in bios!

Thanks for your Help!^^

Edit: Sorry for typo! I meant 13.957s and not 15.957^^
