No offense but that is an oxymoron. Unless you mean the cpu is not an overclocker, then yes there are a few here that got a bad batch of 6600's and 6300's. There was just a thread about it really recently.

IMO, I doubt that some are OC'ing their C2D rig.

It can be posted that you've OC'd your C2D to a high speed but I'm sure lots have either brought the OC way down than what they're reporting or they're back to stock in fear something will happen.

Me? Mine can do 401fsb easy but I rather a 350fsb (x9 = 3.15ghz) because that allows me to use EIST and C1E and that saves power and cycles. And been running it since August of 2006.

I'm not an overclocker, yet. Still in the learning stage, and hopefully by surfing this web site some more, I can gain all the knowledge I need to successfully overclock.
