What voltages are typically required to hit around 700 MHz Core and 1000 MHz Mem?

I've heard that some people can do this at stock volts, but unfortunately I can't...

Here's a thread I started a couple hours ago pertaining to this question.

Mine has a crappy core, since I need 1.525V to get 702MHz and doesn't do much after that. As for the memory, try playing with the VDDCI; playing around with this voltage allowed me a decent memory OC without touching the other memory related voltages that much (therefore being able to keep cooler temperatures).
My OC:
702/999
VGPU 1.525
MVDDC 2.113
MVDDQ 2.113
VDDCI 2.535

If when I scan for artifacts with ATItool and I eventually get artifacts, and then eventually the comp freezes, does the mean the mem is unstable, or the core is?

It could be either being unstable.

Mine runs nicely at 648 core and 999 mem (i just did this to match a xtx lol). I'm using 1.45v on core and 2.1846 on mem.

BTW the x1950xt is designed to be at 90c load or so, and a little bit over that is still okay.

I just got my Thermaltake tide water today to replace the vf900cu and so far I've gotten mine to 735/972. It seems my card likes lower ram voltages.

VCore = 1.525
MVDDC= 2.072
MVDDQ= 1.996
VDDCI= 1.524

Then again I do have the 512mb version (not sure if that matters) and water cooling.

WHAT?

Is the HIS one THAT MUCH BETTER?

I'm overvolted to hell and back and my memory won't hit 999. My core is at 675, I think I can push it further but I don't wanna. Just had a scare.
