Newbie needs advice for further overclocking (E6600)

Hello guys I'm pretty new to overclock.net so bear with me
Well with the help of a friend I recently OCed a e6600 to a modest 3.33 ghz on a zalman 9500 air cooler. I had to set the vcore to 1.45 and left the memory at 1.85 and FSB at 1.4. Idle is around 30C with orthos load at around 47C.
My question is would it be safe to OC it further, because I read somewhere that vcore on air cooling should be limited to around 1.45, even though my temps seem to be acceptable? If it is safe, around what vcore should I be trying to cap at?
Thanks in advance.

I'd cap it at 1.50 some say 1.45, its your decesion but 1.50 is "safe" anymore is pushing it, try upping the FSB a little more you should be able to get a bit more mhz out of that vcore. Just watch load temps keep it 60c or lower.

..also, if This is your RAM... then the DIMMS can take a little more voltage...

So far those temps are pretty darn good.... but the VCore is getting up there.
